Here’s the answers to some of the questions that we’re asked most often.

  • How often should I change the water in my Hot Tub?
    To ensure your Hot Tub is as healthy and hygienic as possible it’s recommended that you change the water every 3 to 4 months. Don’t worry if it’s something you don’t enjoy doing, or don’t have time for, with our Little Refresh we can do it for you!
  • How often should my Hot Tub or Swim Spa be serviced?
    The industry recommends that your Hot Tub or Swim Spa is serviced annually to maintain its health and performance, and to reduce the risk of costly problems in the future. Our Full Refresh will thoroughly clean your Hot Tub or Swim Spa and check that everything’s working as it should!
  • My Hot Tub or Swim Spa hasn't been used for a while, will it need a service?
    It is highly recommended that Hot Tubs or Swim Spas that have not been used for a while have a full deep clean and service. Our Full Refresh will ensure your Hot Tub or Swim Spa is clean, hygienic and ready to enjoy.
  • Do you look after all Hot Tub and Swim Spa makes and models?
    Yes we do! No matter the manufacturer, make or model or even where you purchased it from, we can give it a Refreshing service! (Please note, the only exception is inflatable Hot Tubs).
  • What geographical area do you cover?
    We currently look after Hot Tubs and Swim Spas in Staffordshire, Shropshire & Cheshire. But if you’re outside this area just call us on 07341 439368 or email us at info@refreshhts.co.uk as we may be able to help.
  • How do I book a service?
    Our online booking system allows you to select your service and choose your date and time slot. Alternatively you can call us directly on 07341 439368, or email us at info@refreshhts.co.uk and we’ll get back to you really quickly.
  • How do I pay?
    If you book your service online we take payment at checkout but if you prefer to book via phone or email we'll send you an invoice.
  • What's your availability?
    Our engineers cover 7 days a week with morning and afternoon slots available each day. Our engineers aim to arrive on site between 8:30am & 9:30am for the morning slot and 13:30 and 14:30 in the afternoon slot. But just call us if you need a little bit of flexibility on these times. On the day you will receive an ETA when our engineer is on the way.
  • Do I need to be at home during the service?
    Our engineers need access to the power supply of the Hot Tub or Swim Spa, whether it be a 32/ 40 AMP Isolator or a 13 amp plug and play socket. Our engineers will also need access to a 13 AMP 3 pin socket in order to power their equipment during the service. If there's access to the Hot Tub and these power outputs are available then you don't need to be home. If you have any questions about this then give us a call.
  • Do you service Holiday Let & Commercial Hot Tubs?
    Yes! We offer bespoke service packages for Holiday Let & Commercial Hot Tubs. We understand the high usage of commercial Hot Tubs may require different assistance so therefore we offer different packages. Do not hesitate to get in contact to find out what we can do.
